Recruitment Against Cultural Quota for year 2011-12 Dated: 01-07-2011

Applications are invited for recruitment for 2 posts(UR) in Group 'C' Grade Pay Rs.1900 against cultural quota for the year 2011-12 in following disciplines:
1. Male Vocal Singer (Classical base with ability to sing light music and folk music)
2. Female Vocal Singer (Classical base with ability to sing light music and folk music)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent examination passed with 50% aggregate or higher qualification from any recognized board. The condition of 50% is not applicable for candidates with higher qualification.
Essential: Possession of degreed/diploma certificate in music from government recognized institution.
Age: 18 to 30 years as on 01-01-2012. No age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as post is not reserved.
Fee: Rs.40 for GL/OBC candidates (for SC/ST- no fee) in form of crossed IPO.
How to Apply: Application should be submitted on A-4 size quality white paper and should be in conformity with the format given in the notice published in employment news dated 30 July-5 August 2011.One recent passport size photograph with clear fronnt view of the candidate in normal attire should be pasted on the application in space provided and signed by the candidate on the top of the photograph and two photograph containing name and address on back to be firmly stitched to the application form. Along with application send crossed IPO mentioning their numbers, date of issue on top of the application. xerox copies of required documents and testimonials.
