Eligibility
Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (Official Language): Postgraduate degree in Hindi with minimum 50% marks; English studied up to graduation.
Assistant Manager (Information Technology): BE (IT/CS), MCA, or MBA/PGDM (IT/System) with minimum 50% marks.
Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA in Agri Business Management / Agriculture-related Management.
Management Trainee (Accounts): CA or CMA.
Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc. Agriculture with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Junior Assistant (General): Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age (as on advertisement date):
Assistant Manager posts: 32 years
Management Trainee posts: 30 years
Junior Commercial Executive and Junior Assistant posts: 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and other eligible categories as per Government rules.
