Sports Authority of India has advertised inviting applications for the posts of  Coach Grade-III on contract basis for the two zones, one for the SAI North Centres, Imphal & Guwahati and others for the Rest of the Country :

Sport Coach : 100 posts [/Archery -7, Athletics 2, Boxing - 20, Cycling-2, Fencing - 5, Hockey -6, Gymnastic-1, Judo -4, Kayaking & Canoeing -3,  Rowing -2, Shooting -7, Swimming & Diving -3, Taekwondo - 17, Volleyball -2, Weightlifting -3,  Wrestling  -7, Wushu -7/],
Age : 30 years as on 1/08/2011. Relaxation as per rules of Govt. of India.,
Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs. 4200/-,
Qualification: Diploma in Coaching from SAI NS-NIS Patiala or from any other recognized Indian/ Foreign University OR Participation in Olympics/ Asian Games/ World Championship in the discipline concerned with a Certificate Course in Coaching.

Application Fee :   Rs. 500/- (No fee for SC/ST/Women/Ex-SM) in favor of Secretary, Sports Authority of India payable at New Delhi.

How to Apply :  In prescribed format  and send  in an envelope superscribed as "Application for the post of Coach Grade-III ....... (write sports discipline) by hand/ Post/ Speed Post to The Director (Coaching & Personnel), Sports Authority of India (SAI), Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Complex (East Gate), Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 so as to reach on or before 30/09/2011 positively.
